I have been in construction since I was a kid working alongside my dad. Over the last 15 years, I have built Simple-Needs on one principle: do the job right and treat the customer fairly. We recently hired Steve with Simple-Needs Home Repair to replace our master bathroom shower, rebuild an adjoining vanity cabinet, and re-tile the shower and tub areas after finding a leak in our shower pan. Steve did most the work himself with some assistance from his daughter. They kept the workspace and any other living areas they had to pass through clean at all times. On the days where he had a separate crew of guys come out (for the tile work), he even came by at the end of the day to make sure everything was cleaned up.
